As we prepare for another exciting baseball season, I want to express my gratitude for your continued support of the Factory Shoals Middle School baseball program.
As you may be aware, the player fee is one of the essential components that help us provide a high-quality baseball experience for your child. This fee covers various expenses associated with organizing practices, games, equipment, uniforms, after-season banquet, and other operational costs. While we understand that the player fee represents an additional financial commitment, we want to emphasize its importance in ensuring the success and sustainability of our baseball program. Your contribution directly impacts the overall experience that we can offer our young athletes, including the quality of coaching, the availability of resources, and the overall atmosphere of camaraderie and sportsmanship. We are committed to ensuring that every child can participate in baseball and benefit from the valuable lessons and experiences that the sport provides. Your support through the player fee helps us fulfill this mission and continue to enrich the lives of our players both on and off the field. If you have not already done so, please submit the player fee of $130 by February 26th. Your timely payment will enable us to effectively plan and prepare for the upcoming season, ensuring we can provide the best possible experience for your child and their teammates. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding the player fee or require any assistance with the payment process, please do not hesitate to contact me. We understand that we live in challenging times and can work with you to fit your payment needs. We are here to support you every step of the way and ensure that your experience with the Factory Shoals Middle School baseball program is positive and fulfilling. The player fee can be paid to Ms. Charlyne Labat in the front office as a money order or check. The link for on-line payment is: https://factoryshoalsms.revtrak.net/athletic/#/v/Baseball. Once again, thank you for your ongoing support and commitment to our baseball program. Together, we can create a memorable and rewarding season for our young athletes. DonationsAs we gear up for another exciting season of baseball, I hope this letter finds you and your families well. At Factory Shoals Middle School, we are dedicated to providing a positive and enjoyable experience for our young athletes, and we need your help to make it possible.
As you may know, staying hydrated is essential for optimal performance on the field, especially during practice and games. To ensure that our players have access to clean and refreshing hydration throughout the season, we are reaching out to you for donations of bottled water. Your contribution of bottled water, Gatorades, Powerade, or Gatorade powder will not only keep our players hydrated and energized during practices and games but also demonstrate the strength of our baseball community and our shared commitment to supporting our young athletes. If you can contribute, we kindly ask that you donate cases of bottled water to Coach Simmons or Coach Scott. Donations can be dropped off at the front office or given to Coach Simmons after practice. Additionally, monetary donations towards the purchase of water supplies are also greatly appreciated. We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to play baseball in a safe and supportive environment, and your generosity will play a significant role in making that possible. Together, we can ensure that our players have a successful and enjoyable season. Thank you in advance for your support and generosity. If you have any questions or would like to arrange a donation, please feel free to contact us at my e-mail address at [email protected] or on the Remind app (k37723).
